1Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Selous Game reserve
Two hours drive southwards to the Rufiji river and another 2 hours into Selous Game Reserve that covering about 50,000 sq km is one of the largest areas set aside for wildlife preservation anywhere in the world. The northern part is scenically the most beautiful, dominated by the Rufiji river with its lakes and swamplands interlaced with a myriad of channels. As well as its open savannah, the predominant vegetation “miombo” woodland which, particularly in the southern part of the reserve stretches for miles

2Day 2 & 3: Selous Game reserve
Each day of your stay is designed to be different and to offer unrivalled exposure to this stunning African landscape. With a mixture of vehicle, boating and walking safaris something is on offer for everyone. The lodge’s specialty walking safaris are concentrated around the early morning & late afternoon, with opportunities for fishing and relaxing in the shade, perhaps around a waterhole, soaking up the sounds & smells of Africa.

3Day: Selous - Udzungwa National Park

=After breakfast you travel through the northern section of the Selous Game Reserve viewing game on route including a stop off for lunch bye then continue on drive towards the Udzungwa Mountain as the evening set in you will be entering the hotel for overstayNational Park

4Day 5: Udzungwa Mountains
After breakfast you set out for a trekking on Udzungwa, the Park has one of the highest numbers of species endemism worldwide, a paradise for hikers, your trekking day will take you to a breath-taking dense rain forest up to the high plateau. the Sanje River Waterfall, which plunges for 170m through the forest to the valley below, the view from the top of the mountain is awesome. lunch will be served in the mountain bye then continue enjoying, learning and understanding the fauna and flora of this nature before descending then going the lodge for a siesta and overstay

5Day 6: Mikumi National Park- Dar es Salaam
Game drive into Mikumi National Park is after an early breakfast. Although a is a bit smaller than some of the more illustrious Tanzanian National Parks, Mikumi still offers a good safari experience with typical flora and fauna of East Africa.

There is varieties of bird species as well as well as large numbers of other animals, among them Elephant, Giraffes, Buffalo, Hippo, zebra, wildebeest, hartebeest and impala. Lions, Leopard and wild dog. in lucky day Python can be seeing.

Picnic lunch will be served at the park bye then drive back to Dar Esalam for overnight stay or transfer to Julius Nyerere International Airport and fly back home.
