Terms & Payment Conditions
By confirming your booking with Feline Safaris Tanzania, you agree to the following terms and payment conditions.
Inclusions
Your tour package includes accommodation, meals, and bottled water as specified in your itinerary, airport transfers, ground transport in 4×4 vehicles, professional English-speaking guides and drivers, park fees, permits, and applicable taxes. For trekking tours, cook and porter services are included.
Exclusions
International flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included. Personal expenses include additional drinks beyond bottled water, laundry, tips, phone calls, and any activities not listed in your confirmed itinerary.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 40% per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. We accept bank wire transfers, online payments, Visa, and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply:
60 days or more before departure: 30% of the total tour cost per person
30–59 days before departure: 35% of the total tour cost
21–29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
20 days or less before departure: 100% non-refundable
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Health and Fitness
Safaris involve extended travel in remote areas with limited medical facilities. Guests with heart conditions, chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, advanced pregnancy, or other medical concerns should consult a physician before booking. Please inform us of any medical conditions so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Special Requests
Please advise us at the time of booking if you require specific room arrangements, language guides, dietary meals, or accessibility support. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requests, though we cannot guarantee availability.
Itineraries may be altered due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible and will make every effort to maintain the quality and integrity of your experience.
Feline Safaris may take photographs and video during tours for promotional use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or featured, please notify your guide at the start of the tour.
Refunds for Missed Services
Refunds are not provided for services voluntarily missed by the traveler or for tours cancelled after commencement. For verifiable circumstances such as illness, flight cancellations, or emergencies, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 45 days of tour completion, accompanied by supporting documentation from the relevant authority.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Tanzanian jurisdiction.
